Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager (LCAM) for condominium communities to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster positive resident relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of property management principles, legal frameworks, and customer service excellence. This role offers an opportunity to lead property maintenance, leasing activities, and administrative functions while supporting residents and stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite, and experience in handling multifaceted property operations. Responsibilities Manage the leasing process from marketing to tenant screening, lease negotiations, and move-in coordination, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Oversee property maintenance activities, including vendor coordination, facilities management, and ensuring properties meet safety standards. Administer rent collection processes, including Section 8 and other subsidy programs such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), maintaining accurate data entry and financial records. Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, lease agreements, contracts, and dispute resolution with professionalism. Maintain detailed records through filing systems and data management tools like Yardi and OneSite for efficient reporting and compliance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are upheld; coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance with facilities teams. Foster excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries promptly via phone or in person; promote upselling of additional services or amenities where appropriate. Manage conflict resolution among residents or stakeholders using effective negotiation and conflict management techniques. Support administrative functions such as legal documentation, filing, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates, and office procedures. Collaborate with leasing agents, vendors, legal teams, and residents to optimize occupancy rates and maintain high resident satisfaction. Skills Extensive knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing policies, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law. Proficiency with property management software including Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS systems. Strong background in real estate administrative experience combined with excellent office skills such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette. Proven ability in property leasing negotiations, upselling amenities or services to residents. Experience in facilities management and property maintenance coordination. Effective conflict management skills along with negotiation expertise for resolving disputes amicably. Legal administrative experience related to lease agreements and contracts. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills suitable for diverse audiences across various cultural backgrounds. Pay:
