Ripple Coworking is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to help operate our professional coworking community in downtown Daytona Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build professional office skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our members are entrepreneurs, attorneys, accountants, consultants, therapists, remote workers, and other professionals who rely on us to provide a workspace that is welcoming, organized, and runs smoothly every day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys helping people, and likes working in a structured environment where systems, checklists, and professionalism matter. What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but responsibilities include: Welcome members and guests with a professional, friendly attitude Keep the office operating smoothly throughout the day Answer phones, emails, and member questions Process incoming mail and packages accurately Follow daily operating procedures and checklists Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and presentation of the space Coordinate with vendors and assist with facility needs Assist with tours, marketing initiatives, and community events Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations What We're Looking For The strongest candidates are dependable, organized, and enjoy taking ownership of their work. You do not need coworking experience. We will train you.
