Job Description

The Opportunity Description Join a 230-unit garden-style community in Daytona Beach where your administrative strengths and affordable housing knowledge will make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a fast-paced office environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and confidently handle resident interactions with professionalism. About the Role As the Assistant Property Manager, you will focus heavily on administrative operations while supporting compliance efforts related to HUD and Tax Credit programs. You'll be a key point of contact for residents and help keep operations running smoothly. $25-$27/hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Support daily administrative operations including reports, resident files, and office coordination Assist with HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) compliance including certifications and documentation Respond to resident and applicant inquiries with professionalism and strong customer service Maintain accurate records and ensure all files meet compliance standards Assist with rent processing, lease administration, and resolving discrepancies Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the Property Manager Experience Required for Your Success What You Bring 1-2+ years of property management or administrative experience Familiarity with HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities Thick skin and ability to stay composed in a high-demand environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Experience withRealPage OneSiteis a plus Why Join Us You'll be part of a team that values organization, accountability, and strong resident relationships in a structured and supportive environment.
