A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Summary:
The Property Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of our annual rentals property management division with administrative and inspection tasks, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. This role ensures efficient communication between tenants, vendors, maintenance teams, and internal departments to maintain high standards of property upkeep, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact for tenants, property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors. Coordinate and track maintenance requests, work orders, and service calls, ensuring timely response and resolution. Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance activities across all properties. Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and purchasing history. Administer move-ins/move-outs, and tenant onboarding processes. Assist with budgeting, purchasing of supplies, utility accounts, and vendor management for maintenance and property needs. Assist with the collection, documentation, and reconciliation of receipts for accurate financial reporting Assist in developing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate rapid resolution Utilize property management software Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Preform move-in/renewals /move-out inspections
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in property management, facilities management, or a related field preferred. Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or related administrative support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
