FAMILY SELF SUFFICIENCY SUPERVISOR
Make a Difference in the Lives of Families The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale (HACFL) is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Supervisor to lead its Family Self-Sufficiency program. This full-time position provides leadership and oversight for the FSS program and FSS Coordinators while helping Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) families access the resources, services, and opportunities they need to achieve economic and personal self-sufficiency. The FSS Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring program compliance with HUD requirements, developing community partnerships, monitoring participant progress, and supporting staff in delivering high-quality services to families. Degree in Social Services, Business, or a related field. At least five years of experience in social services. At least five years of HUD experience. At least one year of supervisory or similarly responsible experience. Knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher and Family Self-Sufficiency programs. Experience with case management, participant goal setting, supportive services, program reporting, and compliance. Knowledge of homeownership initiatives, mortgage lending, lenders, and credit counseling resources. Valid Florida Driver's License. HCV Specialist Certification must be obtained within one year of hire. FSS Certification must be obtained within one year of hire. Why Join HACFL? $58,392.00 - $73,771.00 per year
