What will you do? The Property Manager plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that each community meets its presentation, operational, and financial goals. In addition, the Property Manager is responsible for attracting and serving residents, selling new and pre-owned manufactured homes and park models when needed. The Property Manager's responsibilities include: Manage and lead the Property Management function for one of our largest Manufactured Home park . Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including community buildings, amenities, and roads. Set high-quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to our residents. Respond promptly to potential residents, provide tours, and maintain a high occupancy rate. Ensure that the property remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to maximize occupancy. Routinely inspect the entire property and its amenities and promptly report any issues to management. Build a sense of community and pride in the property. Work with tenants to collect rent, making sure all rules are followed, and ensuring the profitability of the community. Conduct evictions and documenting all financial transactions and delinquent accounts. Be available for any emergency that may arise at the property.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of manufactured housing/multi-unit property management experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management. Working knowledge of all applicable laws including but not limited to Fair Housing laws. Dynamic, outgoing, customer focused team member with a service first attitude. Detailed oriented, organized leader who meets deadlines Ability to work well on a team or individually Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
