Could include shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve. Demonstrated organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly communicate. Demonstrated ability to complete and explain legal documents. Ability to complete and explain residency applications. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience using Property Ware, or equivalent software, preferred. Experience in marketing and advertising using various internet platforms. Experience accepting multiple payment options. CAM license preferred, but not required. Responsibilities This position requires a customer-focused problem solver who strives to help others. Meet with prospective residents to communicate the value and overall experience of living at The Crossings at Riverwalk. Work with current residents to solve issues quickly and effectively. Tracking issues and following up with current and prospective residents. Manage the application process. Provide consistent, courteous service throughout each resident's lease-cycle. Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions then take prompt action to solve problems and/or document and escalate resident or other requests as needed. Manage lease expirations and secure renewals. Assist with community marketing activities and resident events. Complete various accounting, financial, administrative reports. Assure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers. Salary based on experience.
