Join Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS), as a full-time Assistant Property Manager in Homestead, FL! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our awesome team in the Miami area.

Position :

Assistant Property Manager (APM)

Location:

The APM will support The Landings and San Sherri , our affordable residential sister communities located in Homestead, FL. Total units 181.

Hours:

Standard day-time business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, and includes weekend shifts or rotation.

Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies

Position Requirements :

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position. Experience with Yardi software is preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Valid Driver's License required
