Property Manager

Property Manager - Kissimmee, FL Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team in Kissimmee . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with property management experience who is passionate about resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community Manage leasing activity, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and property operations Ensure the community is maintained to company standards Assist with budgeting, reporting, collections, and overall property performance

Qualifications:

Previous property management or community management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends — weekend availability is a non-negotiable requirement Professional demeanor and reliable transportation required
