Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Onsite Condominium Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a vibrant condominium community in Lake Mary. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead property management efforts, enhance resident satisfaction, and ensure the smooth functioning of all community services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive property management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure a high standard of living and community satisfaction Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including tenant screening, move-ins, renewals, and terminations using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the community Handle client communication with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and excellent etiquette Administer budgeting responsibilities by tracking expenses, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring cost-effective operations aligned with property financial goals Enforce Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance, and other legal requirements to uphold fair treatment for all residents Lead a team of staff members by providing training, supervision, conflict management support, and fostering a collaborative work environment Qualifications Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Licensed Community Association Manager overseeing condominiums. Ability to swiftly learn association management software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, filing, reporting, and communication purposes Experience managing budgets and overseeing property maintenance projects while ensuring regulatory compliance Effective team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Office experience combined with strong phone etiquette and client communication skills for engaging with residents and vendors Join us as an Onsite Condominium Manager in Lake Mary to lead a vibrant community with energy and purpose! $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
