A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Your daily requirements:
Supervising day-to-day operations of residential properties Conducting property inspections and evaluations for maintenance needs Managing resident interactions and addressing leasing inquiries Ensuring adherence to local regulations and company protocols Operating the property's budget within the company's financial guidelines Responsible for the interviewing, screening, and hiring supervision of staff. Implementing cost-effective strategies to enhance property profitability. Collaborating with maintenance personnel and contractors to uphold property standards.
Requirements:
The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended for this position. Prior experience in property management or a related field College degree helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5 years of being a Community Director Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata/Avid. Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with landlord tenant laws and regulations. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Requisitos:
Certificación Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) altamente recomendada. Experiencia previa en administración de propiedades o en un campo relacionado. Título universitario (preferible). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como Director(a) de Comunidad . Dominio de software de administración de propiedades como Entrata/Avid . Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y establecer prioridades de manera efectiva. Conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones entre propietario e inquilino. Compromiso con brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional. Licencia de conducir válida. Bilingüe es un plus.
