About the Role Meridian's growing Community Action Team (CAT) is seeking a passionate and dedicated CAT Mentor to provide hands-on support, guidance, and advocacy to youth enrolled in CAT services. In this role, you'll make a direct impact by mentoring youth, modeling positive behaviors, and helping them build the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment goals using a wraparound approach.Service Area:

- Provide mentoring, life skills coaching, and community-based support for youth ages 11-21
- Reinforce treatment goals established by clinicians and the care team
- Help youth develop coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and healthy relationships
- Support families by modeling effective communication and positive engagement
- Safely transport youth to appointments, activities, and community services
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated care What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with youth in behavioral health, social services, mentoring, or related fields
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with diverse populations
- Valid Florida driver's license and willingness to travel across multiple counties
