In addition to overseeing a diverse range of properties, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, tracking debits and transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of income and expenditures. Join our dedicated team at Harvest International and make a meaningful impact in the exciting world of property management. Daily, you will do the following : Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and property inspections. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions. Address tenant concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled. Collect and record rental payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and rent rolls. Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent increases and lease renewals. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities. Stay updated on and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and housing codes. Utilize your bookkeeping skills to accurately track income and expenses, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports. Negotiate insurance policies, assess property risks, and ensure adequate coverage for all managed properties. But your role doesn't end there! You'll be proactive in reaching out to customers after their training sessions to ensure their satisfaction and offer ongoing support. With your industry expertise, you'll address their questions and direct them to the appropriate departments within our company for further assistance. To excel in this role, you'll bring an energetic, resourceful, and dedicated approach to customer success. You will also need : Proven experience as a Assistant Property Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in property management. Experience in commercial and/or residential property management. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. (QuickBooks) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
