Assistant Community Manager [Insert Location] | Full-time | On-site Join Our Team. Make an Impact. Grow Your Career. Are you passionate about creating thriving communities and delivering exceptional resident experiences? We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations, assist with leasing, manage resident relations, and help lead an amazing on-site team. You'll also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role when needed. What You'll Do Assist the Community Manager in daily operations and team oversight Support and mentor Leasing Consultants, ensuring leasing goals are met and Fair Housing standards are upheld Step in to lease apartments when needed and verify prospective resident applications Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and support accounting and administrative functions Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing strategies Handle resident lease files, notices to vacate, and manage delinquencies and evictions Collaborate regularly with the Community and Regional Manager on performance and improvement strategies Address resident concerns with professionalism and care Ensure the community reflects a high standard of customer service and resident satisfaction What We're Looking For 1+ years of property management or leasing experience (preferred) Bookkeeping or collections experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment BA/BS degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered A polished, professional image and excellent interpersonal skills What We Offer 401(k) with company match 80% company paid medical benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Short/Long Term Disability Company paid basic life insurance Paid parental leave Generous paid time off Employee discounts & referral programs Mental Health Support - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for advancement & training Schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Some weekend availability may be required
