A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.
Flexible availability required; Position Overview Flawless Cleaning Services Florida LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and growth-minded Residential Cleaning Manager to lead our growing residential cleaning division. This is a hands-on management position for someone who can manage cleaners, communicate professionally with customers, maintain quality standards, and help grow our residential client base. As the residential division grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours, compensation, bonuses, and advancement. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day residential cleaning operation Create and maintain cleaner schedules Coordinate coverage for call-outs and schedule changes Train and develop residential cleaning staff Conduct quality-control inspections Review cleaning photos and ensure company standards are being followed Communicate with residential customers regarding scheduling, service requests, concerns, and follow-ups Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally Ensure cleaners are properly clocking in and out Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when necessary Manage residential supplies and equipment Help onboard new residential customers Follow up with previous customers to help win back business Work alongside the sales and marketing team to grow the residential division Help increase recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly customers Maintain proper labor hours and control unnecessary overtime Report residential performance, staffing concerns, customer issues, and growth opportunities to ownership Performance & KPI Bonuses In addition to hourly compensation, the Residential Cleaning Manager will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on measurable results, including: New residential customers acquired Growth in recurring residential customers Previous customers successfully reactivated Customer retention Quality-control results Positive customer reviews Proper staffing and schedule coverage Labor management Overall residential revenue and profitability growth Qualifications Previous residential cleaning, hospitality, housekeeping, or service-management experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable Strong scheduling and organizational skills Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for scheduling, timekeeping, photos, and communication Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to travel to residential cleaning locations as needed Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision Must be dependable, professional, and results-driven What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to manage a schedule.
