Job Description:
We are seeking an Asset Management Associate to join their team! This role requires experience overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties.
The Duties:
  • Oversee the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets.
  • Develop and execute asset-level business plans to optimize NOI, improve tenant satisfaction, and increase asset value.
  • Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and prepare reporting packages for senior leadership and capital partners.
  • Partner with third-party property managers and leasing agents to ensure effective day-to-day operations, lease-up, and expense control.
  • Track leasing activity, negotiate lease terms, and support tenant retention strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for capital improvements, renovations, and repositioning to enhance asset performance and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions, finance, and development teams to support underwriting, due diligence, and integration of new assets.
  • Stay current on local market conditions, submarket trends, and competitor properties to inform leasing and operational decisions.
  • Participate in refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition efforts by providing key inputs and overseeing asset-level due diligence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, service providers, and municipal stakeholders to support asset success.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Asset management experience, with a focus on commercial real estate including office, retail, or industrial properties.
  • Proven track record of driving NOI growth, executing business plans, and enhancing asset value.
