Residential Security Officer Apollo Security Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Incident management Customer service Writing skills Class D Security Patrolling Full Job Description Residential Security Officer We are currently hiring professional and dependable Residential Security Officers to provide safety, security, and excellent customer service at a condominium/residential property. All shifts are currently available , including morning, afternoon and overnight. Job Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the residential property. Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner. Verify visitors and follow established guest-entry procedures. Monitor security cameras and other security systems. Conduct routine patrols of the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and designated locations. Respond promptly and professionally to security concerns, emergencies, resident complaints, and unusual activity. Maintain accurate daily activity logs and prepare incident reports when necessary. Assist with package deliveries, vendor access, and resident requests according to property procedures. Enforce property rules and security policies in a professional and respectful manner. Contact management, law enforcement, fire rescue, or emergency services when appropriate. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications Previous security, condominium, residential, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or difficult situations. Basic computer and report-writing skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol the property as required. Must meet all applicable licensing and employment requirements. Available Shifts All shifts are available: Morning Afternoon / Evening Overnight Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on scheduling needs.
