Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Luxury High-Rise Building Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a boutique 100-unit wellness-focused luxury residential building in Brickell. This is a start-up environment , requiring a strong operational leader who can establish structure, build systems, and create a high-touch resident experience from the ground up. The property is intentionally small-scale, requiring a highly visible, engaged, on-site manager who is involved in day-to-day operations rather than a desk-only leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead all pre-opening and stabilization operations , including vendor onboarding, staffing, inspections, and readiness planning Establish and enforce luxury service standards appropriate for a boutique 100-unit building Act as the on-site operational leader , maintaining strong daily visibility with residents and staff Oversee all building operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and concierge services Develop and manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and service agreements Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety requirements, and association policies Implement and support wellness-focused amenities and programming Build strong resident relationships and maintain a proactive service culture Respond to and resolve resident concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate with ownership and stakeholders during transition and stabilization phases Recruit, train, and lead a small, high-performing on-site team Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in luxury condominium or high-rise property management Strong start-up / pre-opening experience required Hands-on operational leadership style (must be present and engaged on-site) Experience managing smaller luxury buildings preferred (100-200 units ideal) Strong understanding of luxury service expectations and resident experience Experience in Miami luxury residential market preferred Knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and operational controls Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills CAM license preferred or ability to obtain Ideal Candidate Profile Highly visible, resident-facing operational leader Comfortable managing a boutique property with hands-on involvement Strong ability to build systems, structure, and culture from the ground up Committed to delivering a five-star wellness-driven residential experience Organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented Compensation & Opportunity $120,000
