Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tenant Services Administrator 1 to support day-to-day tenant relations and lease administration activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys delivering responsive customer service, maintaining accurate property records, and helping create a positive experience for tenants and internal stakeholders. This is a Long-term Contract position offering the opportunity to build hands-on experience across property operations, reporting, and service coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tenant questions, service concerns, and general requests in a timely and attentive manner to maintain strong occupant satisfaction.
  • Assist with lease administration tasks by organizing documentation, tracking key dates, and supporting renewal processing and related follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records for deposits, tenant accounts, and property files while helping ensure information is current within management systems.
  • Prepare recurring reports on occupancy, tenant activity, and service trends to support monthly operational review and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal partners to help resolve complaints, schedule inspections, and support building service needs.
  • Update and manage data in property management platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Support routine property inspections and quality checks by documenting findings, tracking open items, and helping ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to basic accounting-related administrative tasks, including record verification and assistance with tenant billing or payment documentation as needed.
