Position Overview We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day vacation rental operations . This position plays a key role in maintaining our homes to a luxury standard, supporting our homeowners, and delivering a seamless experience for guests visiting Destin and 30A. Key Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager in daily operations across multiple Destin and 30A vacation homes Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections to ensure quality and readiness Coordinate housekeeping teams, maintenance vendors, and field inspectors Manage and document work orders, invoices, and approvals through Breezeway Oversee small projects and ensure timely completion of property repairs or upgrades Work with the team to ensure smooth check-ins, turnovers, and guest experiences Help with onboarding and setup for new homes entering the vacation rental program Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Availability to work flexible hours (including some weekends or evenings) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Preferred Experience Knowledge of Destin
