Organizing property closets and drawers so they are tidy and usable for guests Ability to troubleshoot owner and guest concerns, create plan to ensure a solution Ability to set up work orders, assigning vendors and ensuring completion Ability to understand, operate, and navigate multiple software systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Communicate with team members and support a positive work environment Requirements This position is full-time, year-round, position located in New Smyrna, FL. Weekend work is required. Ability to stand during entire shift Ability to walk up and down stairs Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation Must be willing to travel within the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Shores area Must be proficient on Microsoft Office At least 2 years of experience in the property management, hotel, or hospitality industry is required Why Join Great Ocean Condos and Homes?
