Vergence Multifamily is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee Solis at Niceville Apartment Homes in Niceville, Florida. In addition to managing the daily operations of the community, this position will support the social media and digital marketing efforts for our Pensacola-area portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong property management background, marketing experience, and the ability to create engaging content that increases visibility, generates qualified leads, and supports leasing performance. Position Summary Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership and overseeing the financial, operational, leasing, marketing, and resident relations functions of the Niceville community. This position will also coordinate social media and other marketing initiatives for assigned communities within the Pensacola portfolio. The Community Manager will work closely with on-site teams and regional leadership to maintain consistent branding, promote leasing specials, increase online engagement, and support occupancy goals. Primary Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community Lead leasing, resident retention, collections, maintenance coordination, and customer service efforts Monitor occupancy, delinquency, expenses, leasing traffic, and overall property performance Supervise, coach, and support on-site employees Ensure the community is maintained according to company standards Build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members Prepare reports and maintain accurate property records Assist with budgeting, invoice review, purchasing, and expense control Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations Marketing and Social Media Responsibilities Manage and coordinate social media marketing for assigned Pensacola-area communities Create engaging and professional content for Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, and other digital platforms Develop marketing graphics, captions, property highlights, leasing specials, and resident-focused content Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presentation across assigned communities Work with on-site teams to collect photos, videos, property updates, and community content Monitor social media messages, comments, reviews, and engagement Assist with email campaigns, online listings, digital advertising, outreach marketing, and other lead-generation efforts Review online property information to ensure pricing, availability, specials, photos, and community details are accurate Track marketing performance and recommend strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and qualified leads Work Environment Is your attitude one that goes above and beyond the call of duty every day?
