Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their growing team in a highly visible role overseeing a dynamic retail/commercial portfolio. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership position with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership, where you will play a key role in driving property performance, capital improvement initiatives, and overall operational strategy. The company is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high-quality assets, and enjoys being deeply involved in both the operational and construction side of commercial real estate.

Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000 (flexible depending on experience) This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the portfolio while working alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. The role is fully onsite in Pompano Beach, FL. We are specifically targeting candidates with true commercial real estate expertise and strong exposure to CAPEX and construction projects within retail/commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of a retail/commercial property portfolio Lead operational strategy, budgeting, vendor management, and tenant relations Manage and execute large-scale CAPEX and construction projects Partner closely with ownership, leasing, accounting, and construction teams Drive property performance through hands-on asset oversight and operational leadership Ensure properties are maintained to high operational and aesthetic standards Oversee contractors, project timelines, and capital improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial property management experience Strong background managing retail and commercial assets Experience overseeing large-scale CAPEX/construction projects Proven tenure and stability in prior roles Hands-on leadership style with strong operational acumen Experience working closely with vendors, engineers, and construction teams Strong financial and budgeting experience preferred Yardi or similar property management software experience is a plus The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
