Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals manages properties throughout the Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach areas. The Company was formed in 2003 to service a small number of properties. This family owned, and operated, company has grown over the years to become the largest property management company in the area managing nearly 250 properties. We are proud to represent the property owners and guests we've had over the years. Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals carefully chose the starfish as the emblem to represent the 5 Star Property Management and Vacation Rentals organization they have created. POSITION SUMMARY
As an Owner Relations Manager at Pristine Properties, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention. Your knack for staying organized and eye for detail will help you deliver fast, personalized service that keeps our owners happy. If you've got a cheerful attitude and strong communication skills, you'll fit right in—whether you're juggling tasks on your own or teaming up with others to keep things running smoothly. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, polished, and naturally great at building trust with people. If you're comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite, can communicate clearly (both in writing and in person), and don't mind working the occasional weekend, evening, or holiday, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. Ensuring high owner retention by delivering outstanding service and proactive communication. Providing prompt responses to owner inquiries and concerns. Managing owner property records and keeping documentation up to date. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance owner satisfaction. Communicating effectively with owners, team members, and leadership. Working collaboratively to support the company's growth and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have reliable transportation to and from work Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel, vacation rental, or property management, with a strong understanding of guest and owner relations. Some college coursework in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and retention. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, handle phone inquiries, and provide clear, prompt follow-ups. Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital communication tools. Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, track owner concerns, and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.

A cheerful presence and great people skills. Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.

Annual Salary:
$40,000
