This Class A community will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with 2 buildings totaling 150 units. This role is perfect for a motivated, professional individual eager to drive lease-up initiatives, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a pivotal role in establishing a vibrant community atmosphere while managing administrative and operational tasks with precision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with enthusiasm for leasing and customer service. At least 5 years working at a luxury community required.
