Job Description

Association management company seeking a full-time property manager for a portfolio of HOAs. Please do not apply if you are out of state - this position cannot be done remotely. We are a small business with an interesting work environment that is constantly growing and expanding. Benefits package available. Please reply with resume. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Establish rapport with residents and prospective residents, field community comments, suggestions and complaints Prepare and distribute resident and community communications through Engage websites, emails, letters and phone outreach Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date community records, reports, and files Maintain thorough understanding of management contracts and deliver services consistent with the terms and expectations Obtain bids from qualified and approved vendors per the direction of your Boards Coordinate with the Boards on financial oversight, including budget monitoring and review of monthly financial statements Manage Associations' correspondence professionally and promptly Attend annual and regularly scheduled Board meetings Review Work Orders in coordination with maintenance vendors and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences Manage, provide leadership and guidance to Assistant CAMs Proactively handle and stay up to date with State Statute requirements
Requirements:
As a Property Manager, you must be pleasant, professional and well-spoken. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and associations simultaneously. We are looking for a new team member who displays excellent interpersonal abilities, with both verbal and written communication. You must also have diplomatic skills to handle customer complaints effectively. Active Florida CAM License and three years experience as a CAM working with condominium or HOAs is required Must be experienced with project management and obtaining contractor and vendor bids Must have a take charge approach and he dedicated to the well-being of all of our associations Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone skills Good problem-solving skills Professional appearance Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, independent and a positive attitude Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and complete data entry in a timely and efficient manner (experience with Enumerate or other Association management software a plus) Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions
