Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full-time Residential Supervisor to supervise the operation of an assigned residential facility to ensure staff provide and/or produce required services for clients. The Residential Supervisor also helps to maintain records and completes reports, charts and other documentation as required by regulation, policies and procedures.BENEFITS INCLUDE

Provide guidance, training, and feedback to assigned staff and initiate disciplinary actions as needed. Conduct performance appraisals, interview prospective job candidates and make hiring recommendations to the Residential Manager and/or Director of Residential Programs. Monitor medication management processes, ensuring records are maintained and problems are reported, i.e., to the doctor, case managers, etc. Prepare and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain on-going communication, verbal and written, with facility staff and other department personnel on matters relating to the safe and effective operation of assigned facility. Review reesidents' charts, as needed, to ensure compliance with RTF regulations, Medicaid requirements, and other documentation requirements and take corrective actions regarding any deficiencies Supervise the intake, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure procedures are followed and conduct evaluations/assessments of residents. Ensure facility is in a safe operating condition and RTF and CARF regulations/standards of operation are being followed and take prompt actions to correct any unsafe or out of compliance conditions. Monitor monthly facility budget report, order supplies for facility, submit maintenance requests and ensure accurate census data are maintained and reported. Provide residents, personally or in conjunction with other staff, one-on-one and group counseling sessions in the absence ofRRS, ECR
Specialist or Substance Abuse Specialists and document sessions in accordance with policies and procedures. Provide guidance/assistance, as needed, to residents in tasks relating to skills development, i.e., cooking, cleaning, hygiene, personal affairs management in the absence of staff. Arrange/provide transportation for residents as necessary. Acts quickly in crisis situations by using verbal and/or physical intervention techniques appropriate to the situation.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in human services field. Education must be from an accredited school, college, or university. At least two years of experience in a human services field with Bachelor's degree. Some experience working with mentally ill in residential setting preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid Florida driver's license, insurance and own transportation required.
