Job Description

Echelon Luxury Properties is redefining luxury vacation rental management along Destin and 30A. We are a people-first company committed to exclusivity, excellence, and high-touch service for our homeowners and guests.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Luxury Property Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of affluent homeowners. You will manage property operations, vendor relationships, and provide high-touch support while ensuring a seamless experience for both homeowners and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between homeowners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services. Foster strong, professional relationships with homeowners, anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions. Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure properties are maintained to luxury standards. Provide financial and operational insights to homeowners, collaborating with the Revenue Department. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and preserve property value.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of property management experience, preferably in luxury vacation rentals or high-end hospitality. Experience with high-net-worth clientele and delivering white-glove service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset. Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office and property management software. Strong time management, organization, and adaptability. Valid Driver's License required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and navigate varied terrain. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting during inspections and meetings.

Schedule:
8-hour day shift, with weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
