Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Condominium Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial management, and administrative functions of a residential condominium community. This leadership role serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff while ensuring the property remains well-maintained, financially sound, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily community operations and ensure compliance with association policies and governing documents Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, Board members, vendors, and contractors Manage resident communications, move-ins, move-outs, and rule enforcement Oversee the association's rental program, including staff supervision, owner communications, website management, and occupancy-focused marketing initiatives Prepare and manage budgets, review financial statements, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and assist with reserve planning Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor contracts, repairs, and property inspections Obtain vendor bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor performance Attend Board meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain community records and documentation Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and assist with insurance claims and risk management Track operational and rental program performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the
Board Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of property management or community association management experience CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, or applicable state licensing required Strong understanding of condominium operations, budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or budget management experience strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field preferred
