Responsibilities:
Assist Property Manager with daily operations and special projects Provide front desk support: answer phones, greet residents/guests, and manage inquiries Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and inspections Communicate with residents and vendors in a professional manner Maintain records, files, and association documents Assist with vendor management, proposals, and project tracking Support Board meetings and prepare summaries Help enforce community rules and follow up on violations Manage office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with residents, owners, and vendors. Proficient in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and cloud file servers. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
