We're looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our student housing team at Student Housing Solutions. What You'll Do Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations Help manage daily office operations and property appearance Follow up with leads and support leasing goals Coordinate resident communication and customer service requests Assist with delinquency, notices, and lease administration Accounts payables and vendor communication Support marketing efforts, events, and social media initiatives Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure a great resident experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset 3 years of leasing or property management experience Availability to work "Turn" hours July 31 - August 20 Why Join SHS?
