1500-0100 Position 2 —

High-Risk Residential Location:

33610 Schedule (Fixed):

Thursdays:

1200-1800

Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays:

0600-1800 Position 3 —

High-Risk Residential Location:

33610 Schedule (Fixed):

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:

1800-0600 (12 hrs each) Position 4 — High-Risk Residential Schedule (Fixed):

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

1800-0600

Tuesday:

0700-1300

What You'll Do:

Provide Armed Security for clients, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Strong communication, conflict management, and customer service skills Deliver Exceptional Customer Service, representing ARDENT Protection with respect and care in every interaction. Uphold Industry Standards as part of our broader mission to transform the security industry through professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For:

Current Armed Security License (required) Prior armed security experience preferred (1+ year) , particularly in high-demand or high-risk environments. Consistent employment history is a plus. Mandatory Holster Level 2 or 3 with retention A commitment to excellence, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve The ability to stay calm and act with professionalism during high-pressure situations Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others A drive to help professionalize the security industry through high standards of performance and conduct Own firearm and ammunition Mobile smartphone device (required) Ability to stand for extended periods of time (required) Ability to work outdoors in all elements Customer service skills (required) Effective communication skills (required) Patrolling experience (required) Report writing skills and experience (required)
