We are looking for top talent to help us deliver legendary service experiences for our residents. We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team of passionate property professionals. In this role, you'll help lead daily operations, build strong resident and team relationships, and support leasing, financial, and administrative functions at our premier multifamily community.
Key Responsibilities:
Availability to work weekends Partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations and ensure an outstanding resident experience. Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Help execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Build community relationships and stay current on market trends and competitor activity. Recommend pricing adjustments based on market surveys and occupancy goals. Assist with financial management, including rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and reporting. Monitor financial performance and recommend solutions to improve results. Maintain accurate lease, rent roll, and resident records. Track renewals, make-ready schedules, and occupancy reports. Support administrative tasks and reporting with attention to detail. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, and social media). Financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Yardi software experience preferred. Ability to work weekend rotation.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred. Valid driver's license required.
