This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property . If you're a hands-on property management leader who knows how to motivate a team, manage resident concerns, drive occupancy, control expenses, and understand maintenance operations, we want to hear from you. What We Offer Competitive salary Quarterly bonuses + annual raises Paid holidays and generous PTO Health, dental and vision insurance options Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Career growth and advancement opportunities What We're Looking For 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience Strong Community Manager or Property Manager experience Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a fast-paced, busy community Comfortable with budgets, financials, and controlling expenses Computer proficiency; Entrata experience preferred What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of the community Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction Monitor collections and delinquency Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections Identify and address maintenance and property-condition concerns Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs Assist with budgeting and financial performance Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently This is not a "sit behind the desk" Community Manager role. We need a hands-on leader who is comfortable walking the property, partnering closely with maintenance, and taking ownership of the overall performance and condition of the community.
