Now Hiring:
Property Manager - 55+ Senior Apartment Community We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee operations at our 55+ senior multifamily apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about creating a welcoming, well-managed living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations and ensure excellent resident satisfaction Manage leasing, occupancy goals, and resident retention initiatives Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance operations Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and property financial performance Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and all applicable housing requirements Maintain strong relationships with residents while fostering a professional and respectful community atmosphere Conduct inspections and ensure the property is maintained to high standards
Qualifications:
Previous multifamily property management experience required Experience with senior housing or affordable housing programs is a plus Strong leadership, leasing, and resident relations skills Knowledge of property management software and reporting systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage collections, occupancy, and operational performance effectively
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
