ARK Homes is looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of a 118-home single-family rental portfolio and lead it to peak performance. What You'll Do:

You'll be the face of the community and the engine behind its success. Day to day, that means: Driving leasing activity to hit and exceed occupancy goals, including renewals and rent specials Developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies to attract qualified prospects Serving as the go-to resource for residents — handling inquiries, service requests, and concerns with professionalism and care Overseeing maintenance operations and onsite technician, along with vendor coordination, to ensure quality and timely completion. Managing collections, delinquency, and property-level accounts payable Keeping resident and property files accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards Leading on-site staff through training, direction, and day-to-day performance oversight Ensuring all operations align with ARK Homes policies and procedures What You Bring 5+ years of experience in BTR or Multifamily industry Experience hiring, training, and leading on-site team and vendor management A track record of success with retaining residents and hitting leasing and occupancy targets Proficiency in Yardi, Rent Café, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sharp organizational skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for delivering a best-in-class resident experience or a related field Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one A Few Other Things to Know This role is active and on-the-go. You'll be moving around the community regularly, and should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on occasion. You also need a valid driver's license to be present in your community. During peak leasing periods or community events, longer hours may be needed.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
