Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Qualifications Supervisory experience 2 years preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and driving history. Must be able to pass a level one fingerprint clearance background check. CPR\First Aid certification required. Medication Administration Certificate required. Mandt or CPI (Behavioral Crisis Intervention) Certification. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication, organization, planning, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision. Must possess knowledge in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Bilingual capability (English/Spanish), while not required, is advantageous. Full Job Description Supervises and maintains a positive team of well-trained employees who provide support, direction, and oversight to the interactions of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Provides training and constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring. Ensures implementation of therapy, training and behavior programs and data collection required by the individuals' plans and regulatory agencies. Ensures that the home offers choice and creative activities within a positive, innovative person directed environment. Monitors for ongoing compliance with agency directives, licensing standards, and policies and procedures. Ensures all homes and vehicles are well maintained and organized. Oversees and monitors all program aspects to ensure the highest quality of support and services are provided effectively.

• Conduct routine safety inspections of homes.
• Conduct a quarterly review of individual program records. Complete Person-Centered Planning (PCP/ISP). Ensure total compliance in the areas of community integration, independent living, community inclusion, training, hygiene and self-care, communication with families/guardians/advocates, Individual plans, and overall house operations.

Maintain Records/Files:

Assists to ensure that records and files are properly and accurately maintained according to regulatory and agency compliance/conformance standards. Immediately informs the Director or designee of missing or inaccurate information and assists with achieving compliance.

• Provide leadership in promoting safe, clean, and orderly community residential settings.
• Follow all written protocols, policies, and procedures regarding safety and risk management.
• Assists in ensuring that parents/guardians/advocates receive ongoing communication about activities occurring in the community residential settings, relevant program updates, and other communications necessary to keep appropriately informed; fosters positive relationships with parents/guardians/advocates where indicated and where people's rights have been respected.
• Creating activity schedules for monthly recreation activities, service projects, and outdoor activities.
• Verifying that weekly menus are posted, grocery shopping has been done, and all clients' nutritional needs are met.
• Daily monitoring of medication logs, client programs, form completion, and staff schedules.
• Verifying that Collaborative Community's policies, as well as state policies, are being always maintained.
• Medication administration, as well as ensuring medication refills are scheduled and delivered.
• Ensuring the home is kept at a 'tour ready' status every day.
• Transporting clients - Appointments, outings, shopping, church, etc.
• Work with individuals to develop their goals.
• Keep in contact with schools for enrollment, grades, conferences, counseling, etc.
• Working with case managers, guardians, therapists, etc., for each of the clients.
• Other Program Director may assign duties.
