Job Description

Assistant Community Association Manager Job summary This role provides key support in the management of condominium, homeowners, and community associations. Assistant community association managers must be able to manage several tasks in a condensed timeframe, providing administrative and customer support to all stakeholders so as to best facilitate the efficient functioning of those Associations within the manager's portfolio. Summary of essential job functions Work in concert with the community association manager to the benefit of the communities managed Provide administrative assistance to the portfolio clients Assist in obtaining and scheduling community vendors and/or service providers Develop positive relationships HOA members Respond to homeowner concerns and questions in a timely manner Demonstrate familiarity with community guidelines so as to answer member questions or concerns Other tasks as needed or directed Minimum requirements: Proficiency in written and verbal communication Demonstrated proficiency in conflict management Familiarity with Microsoft and web-based technologies Strong time management and organizational skills Community Association Manager or GA real estate license or the aptitude to pass the State licensing exam for community managers Page 1• of 1•
