Beacon Management Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a Mid-Rise Condominium property located in 30308. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the COA Board, residents, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high community standards. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a passion for community engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the COA Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Beacon Management Oversee daily community operations and ensure compliance with governing documents Develop and manage an annual activities calendar, including community events and clubhouse reservations Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and onsite maintenance activities Prepare for and attend board meetings, providing updates and professional management reports Enforce community policies, architectural guidelines, and rules & regulations Assist in developing and managing the annual budget in partnership with the financial team Conduct routine property inspections and address homeowner concerns in a timely manner Lead and support community events to enhance resident engagementRequirements:
Qualifications:
Active Georgia CAM License required (non-negotiable) OR Georgia Real Estate License with relevant HOA experience 2+ years of community association management experience preferred, ideally within condominium associations. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Beacon Management Services:
