Responsibilities include:
Assist with all daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions. Support rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account follow-up. Deliver outstanding customer service while professionally resolving resident concerns and inquiries. Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing activities as needed. Process applications, lease renewals, notices, and lease documentation accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure work orders, inspections, and apartment turns stay on schedule. Help monitor occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention goals. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable laws. Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and operational initiatives. Help maintain the overall appearance and standards of the community. Support resident events and community engagement activities. Jump in wherever needed to support the success of the property and the onsite team.
