What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all day-to-day operations of the community Building and developing a high-performing onsite team Improving occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance Managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships Ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations Creating a positive resident experience while holding team members accountable for results Partnering with regional leadership to execute a strategic improvement plan What We're Looking For Three or more years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing Experience managing B or C class communities preferred Demonstrated success improving challenged assets Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, delinquency management, and expense control Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills Someone who remains calm under pressure and doesn't shy away from difficult situations This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who...
