Assistant Property Manager /
HOA Coordinator US Real Estate Professionals Location:
Hinesville, GA Employment Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time (Depending on Experience) Position Summary US Real Estate Professionals is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager / HOA Coordinator to support both our Property Management and Homeowners Association (HOA) departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and helping communities operate efficiently. The Assistant Property Manager / HOA Coordinator will assist with homeowner and tenant communications, property inspections, violation tracking, administrative support, vendor coordination, and general office operations. ResponsibilitiesHOA Management Duties Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person Process Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests Prepare and distribute community notices and newsletters Assist with violation tracking and compliance inspections Coordinate with HOA Boards and homeowners Maintain homeowner records and account information Assist with meeting preparation, notices, and minutes Track maintenance requests and vendor work orders Property Management Duties Assist with tenant and owner communications Process lease documents and tenant applications Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Assist with rent collection and account follow-up Maintain tenant and property records Support move-in and move-out procedures Assist with inspections and documentation Administrative Duties Answer phones and greet visitors Prepare letters, notices, and reports Maintain electronic and paper files Enter and update information in Buildium and other software systems Schedule appointments and meetings Perform general office support tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Property Management, HOA Management, Real Estate, or Administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Buildium is preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Knowledge of HOA governing documents and compliance processes Experience working with vendors and contractors Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Attention to detail and accuracy Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays (for eligible employees) Professional development opportunities Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume and any relevant experience to:
