May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential property, ensuring it is well-maintained, profitable, and compliant with all regulations. In this role, you will interact with tenants, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage budgets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Leasing & Marketing Oversee leasing performance and conversion rates. Ensure timely follow-up on all prospects. Monitor market conditions and pricing strategy. Maintain strong online presence and reputation management. Ensure vacant units are show-ready. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and develop on-site staff. Set clear expectations and hold team accountable. Conduct regular performance coaching. Maintain a professional, results-driven work environment. Operations & Maintenance Oversight Monitor work order completion and unit turns. Minimize vacancy loss through efficient make-readies. Maintain curb appeal and property standards. Coordinate vendors and approve invoices. Resident Relations & Compliance Provide professional customer service and resolve concerns promptly. Promote lease renewals and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation and lease enforcement. Qualifications 4+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, and Fair Housing. Proven ability to drive occupancy and reduce delinquency. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in property management software Manage rent collections, payment plans, and evictions in accordance with policy and law. Monitor delinquency and take proactive corrective action. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
