Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of rental cabins. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in property administration, tenant relations, and facilities management while supporting the overall success of our property portfolio. You will be a key team player, assisting with leasing activities, lease administration, and maintaining excellent customer service standards to create welcoming and well-managed communities. Duties Support property managers in overseeing daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination Assist with lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and company standards Manage tenant communications, resolve conflicts effectively, and uphold Fair Housing regulations to foster positive community relationships Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, reporting, and record keeping Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Conduct regular client communication via phone and email to address inquiries, upsell available units or services, and promote community amenities Support budgeting processes, lease negotiations, and contract administration to optimize revenue and operational efficiency Experience Proven experience in property management or hospitality work such as front desk, housekeeping and maintenance coordination for short term stays. Ability to supervise staff and talk with individual guests and homeowners in calm and informative fashion to that they have confidence in your problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution effectively while maintaining professional customer service standards Experience with collaborating with Guest Experience, Laundry, Damage Claims and senior management. Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides) for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Willingness to work during evenings, weekends and holidays while still getting days off each week. Excellent phone etiquette coupled with negotiation skills to upsell units or services while fostering positive client relationships Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional living environments.
