Job Responsibilities:
Ensure your community's operations run as smoothly as possible. Display a driven desire and passion to give residents a better living experience. Provide guidance when residents have any problems, remain calm and use good judgment to find solutions. Relate well to all types of personalities. Share priorities with your team to make sure they follow protocol and keep residents loving their community life. Set goals to challenge your team, while also holding yourself accountable for their success. Demonstrate the ability to maintain high occupancy, retain residents, and increase net operating income.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of on-site property management skills and over seeing staff is a must Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment Proven ability to manage budgets, proactively solve problems, and motivate a team to outstanding performance Yardi and CRM experience is a MUST.
