Larry Moore Manor -110 units- 7340 Lester Rd, Union City, GA 30291 Join Our Team at National Church Residences National Church Residences is the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and a leader in supportive services for older adults. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager II to lead the daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and resident experience at one or more affordable housing communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who is passionate about creating thriving communities while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do As a Property Manager II, you will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of assigned affordable housing communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily property operations, resident services, and staff performance Supervise site team members, including maintenance, housekeeping, and service coordination staff Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and expense controls Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Housing Choice Voucher, RAD, and other affordable housing programs Maintain occupancy goals through effective leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts Monitor property performance, tenant files, waiting lists, and Fair Housing compliance Coordinate vendor services and address maintenance and capital improvement needs Prepare and submit required reports, budgets, and regulatory documentation Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, ownership groups, and regulatory agencies Lead the property through successful inspections, audits, MOR reviews, and REAC inspections
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of property management experience Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Affordable housing experience (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, RAD) Industry certifications such as COS, TCS, ARM, SCHM, or similar Previous supervisory experience Why National Church Residences?
