Job Description
Must Have Manufactured Housing Management Experience Job Purpose:
An Assistant Community Manager assists in the direction of the day to day property management functions for a manufactured home community. Responsibilities include administrative activities, resident relations, customer service, and answering inbound phone calls. Essential Duties 1. General office duties copying, filing delivering, and handling incoming calls. 2. Able to write up 7-day notices and friendly reminders 3. Write up 3/60's for non-payment of rent 4. Input rent checks in rent roll and process deposits 5. Attend WMA classes with my managers 6.Monthly reports:
consists of a traffic report, sales report, expense report 7. schedule appointments for prospective homebuyers 8. Assist in approval process and lease signing with buyers 9. Ensure approval folders for prospective buyers have all required forms 10. Assist in processing account payables for our vendors & park bills 11. Code all bills with the correct information 12. Call vendors to order supplies for clubhouse and office 13. Write up work orders for our maintenance guys to complete in a timely matter 14. Make sure the facility is clean at all times which consists of cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, refilling papers towels/Toilets paper/soap 15. Mopping/sweeping and sanitizing all areas 16. Create monthly newsletters for residents 17. Schedule weekly item pickups for residents 18. Accommodating residents who are unable to walk by going to their home to pick up rent 19. Check daily Mail /separate bills 20. Organize all resident rent bills in numeric order to be distributed before rent week Supervision 1. Works under the general supervision of the Community Manager Minimum Requirements for Employment 1. Previous mobile home management. 2. Good negotiation skills. 3. Strong Organizational Skills 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Excellent organizational skills. 6. Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law including HCD. 7. Ability to use computers including the internet and Microsoft Office Suite.Pay:
