You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Lead Generation Lead Conversion Customer Fulfillment We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35% Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month Our company runs on EOS purely.
