Job Description
Apartment Manager needed for Senior and Market Rate apartment community in Decorah. The successful applicant will possess strong customer service skills, administrative and marketing skills, be organized, detailed, have great verbal and written communications and be able to multi-task. Previous property management experience a plus! While the Decorah position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) this can also be a full-time employment opportunity if applicant is interested in travel to Waukon for management of second Senior and Assisted Living apartment community. There are also extra hours available if the applicant has maintenance experience.
