Job Description

J oin The Highlands and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a Resident Assistant, you will: Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Open Shifts Available:
Full-time 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) Part-time 2nd shift (12:00pm-8:30pm)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication) 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience (preferred) Med Manager Certification (preferred)

Compensation & Flexibility:
The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

Pay:
$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
